Welcome to April's Anytime Cutters (aprilsanytimecutters.com), operated by April Tietjen ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using this site, placing an order, or purchasing a digital download, you agree to the following terms.

Products. We sell handmade, 3D-printed cookie cutters and digital STL cutter files. Product photos are representative — because items are made to order, slight variations between batches are normal and not considered defects.

Pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, and limit quantities at any time. If an error is discovered after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before charging or shipping.

Digital products and intellectual property. All cutter designs, STL files, product photography, and site content are the property of April's Anytime Cutters and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or used to produce cutters for commercial sale without our written permission. Purchasing a digital STL file grants you a personal-use license to 3D print the design for your own baking use — it does not transfer ownership of the design or grant commercial rights.

Accounts. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the site or its checkout systems.

Limitation of liability. Cookie cutters are food-safe kitchen tools intended for cutting dough and similar soft materials; use for any other purpose is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, April's Anytime Cutters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time; the most current version will always be posted on this page.
